This town is home to long, serene beaches. Ulcinj is home to the famous black soft sands and dunes of Velika Plaza and the river meeting the sea at Ada Bojana, a truly unique destination with huts and restaurants over the water.
The Beaches are also the home to kite surfing in the entire Adriatic with a 14km stretch to glide through. It is one of the oldest settlements in the Adriatic Coast.
This is a location that is not as well known as many other sites in Montenegro, thus making it a hot spot for tourists new to Montenegro.
